This was my first electric guitar, a birthday (I think?) gift from my brother. Judging from the serial number (MN1021596), that was in the early 90s. It was purchased from Domenic’s in Ottawa. I actually had the receipt until a few years ago, when I stupidly decided it served no real purpose and threw it out. I remember the price being either CAD 475 or 495 (I think the latter), 300 of which was paid by my brother, which I then topped up. Here’s a picture of it as of 19 July 2025:
I typically use Fender Super Bullet Lights (.009–.042).
Over the course of the years, aside from string changes, I’ve made two significant changes to the hardware:
- Bridge replacement/upgrade, and
- Potentiometer/selector switch replacement/upgrade
